Saku Ramen

Great food! Great service! Love that they are open 24 hrs. The ramen is delicious as always and their new sweet n spicy wings are amazing! Oh and the fried rice! Basically every time I go the food is really good! It makes what I listed below a little more tolerable. 2 bad things when dining in... 1. It smells like cleaning chemicals. That's great to know that they take cleanliness serious but it should smell so strong. Certain area in the dining area we're stronger and gave us a baby headache. 2. No AC. Which I'm sure they know it's a problem, especially if your serving hot ramen haha I hope they can get it fixed soon. The poor workers were fanning themselves with menus.

Very good quality food, modern ambience, good for a date night. They have a nice outdoor patio and also inside seating and a bar. Also they are open 24/7. We need more 24/7 food access that's not just del taco, jack in the box, and Castaneda's. I'm glad I found this place. It was very clean when I was there and even though it was late and the staff must have been tired they were very kind, friendly, and professional. I recommend trying here for lunch or dinner if you haven't before.

The ramen was great! I'm definitely coming back. I wasn't a big fan of the table set up.

I have eaten at Saku Ramen several times now and it has been consistently good each visit. My go to order is the tonkotsu ramen. The broth is rich and full of flavor, the noodles have a good texture, and the overall bowl feels balanced and satisfying. I have also tried a couple of other menu items and have enjoyed everything so far. One of the biggest perks is that they are open 24 hours, which is not easy to find in downtown Riverside. Whether it is a late night craving or an earlier dinner, it is a convenient option. It can get a bit pricey once you start adding extras, and some of the seating is not the most comfortable if you plan to stay a while. Still, the quality of the food and the convenience make it a spot I continue to come back to.

I ordered the oxtail ramen, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. The service here is also amazing — everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The decorations are lovely and the whole place has a really nice, relaxing vibe. Highly recommend this spot! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Came upon this place on my morning walk, after staying in the Mission Inn. I saw the "OPEN' sign and wondered if they were actually OPEN at 8 am for a restuarant. This ramen spot is open 24 hours, i wish i would of known for my late night cravings. As soon as i walked in i was greeted by Robert, he was very friendly and hooked me up with a bowl of Spicy Tonkotsu ramen with extra pork chashu. The broth was amazingly delicious, and potent with the spice i liked. The bowl was really well portioned with ramen noodles, mushrooms, and green onion. I suggest to ask for chilli oil and spicy sauce on the side to adjust to your spice level liking. Overall the tonkotsu broth, and pork chashu was authentically tasteful. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a morning meal to wake your body up from any hangover or even to enjoy a bowl of soup. I'll definately come back to try out their other foods they offer!

The best food I have while I was in Riverside. So good that I visited twice. I had the tonkotsu and Tori and they were both fantastic and I highly recommend.

Went here on a whim after a appointment at the local city hall. The food was delicious and the staff were kind and quick, will definitely be going back next time I’m in the area
